Overview

Decide. Drive. Support. Hand over.

Everything starts with strategy consulting. We look at the market, the competition and the numbers to decide what should be done, then execute only what is needed.

Step 1

Decide

Decide by the numbers what to invest in and what to stop.

Step 2

Drive

Increase inquiries and applications through ads, social media and your website.

Step 3

Support

Bring customer, project and recruiting data, and performance measurement, onto one platform.

Step 4

Hand over

Get things running without us, and hand them over to your team.

01 / STRATEGY

Strategy Consulting

Analysis of the market, competition and search demand, and design of investment allocation

Get the initial direction wrong, and every yen spent afterward is wasted.

We analyze the market, competition and search demand in numbers and decide what to invest in and what to stop, covering both customer acquisition and recruiting. You can also use us as a second opinion on proposals from agencies and production companies.

Challenges we address

  • You want to grow revenue but don’t know where to start
  • No one in-house can judge whether your agency’s or vendor’s proposals are right
  • Customer feedback and market data aren’t in a form you can use for management decisions

02 / MARKETING

Marketing Operations

Ad operations and social media support

We choose channels and budgets by working backward from your break-even line.

We cover every major advertising channel for customer acquisition and recruiting, including Google, Yahoo! JAPAN, Meta, TikTok and Indeed. Results are always visible on a dashboard, and we propose improvements without waiting for the next regular meeting. We also support social media operations with our proprietary LOCAL framework.

Challenges we address

  • ROI is poor and you can’t tell whether your agency’s explanations hold up
  • Separate agencies for acquisition and recruiting make management cumbersome
  • You want to start on social media but can’t decide what to post

03 / WEB

Web Production

Corporate, recruiting and service websites and landing pages, plus maintenance

We design for whether inquiries and applications increase, not for looks.

We handle everything from search demand analysis and information architecture to design and implementation. After launch, a monthly maintenance plan covers updates, security, measurement and improvement proposals, and monthly reports and review meetings keep the numbers moving. We don’t build and walk away.

Challenges we address

  • You built a website, but it doesn’t generate inquiries
  • Quality varies depending on who is assigned at the production company
  • No post-delivery support, so improvements have stalled

04 / DX PLATFORM

DX Platform Development

Bring customer, project and recruiting data, and performance measurement, onto one platform

While information stays scattered, you can’t talk about results in numbers.

When customer, project and recruiting information is split between spreadsheets and email, neither marketing performance nor management decisions can be expressed in numbers. We select cost-effective tools, roll them out in a manageable order, and support you until the front line keeps using them.

Challenges we address

  • Customer, project and recruiting data is scattered across spreadsheets and email
  • You adopted tools, but nobody on the ground actually uses them
  • Everything is outsourced, so neither data nor know-how stays in-house

  • Q Will you push an expensive system on us?A No. We select tools that pay off for your company’s size and workload. Implementation is never the goal in itself.

05 / ENABLEMENT

In-house Enablement

Getting ad and social media operations to a state your team can run

The goal is a state in which things run without us.

When everything is left to outside partners, know-how doesn’t stay in-house even when results come. We design the in-housing roadmap, measurement platform, manuals and on-the-job training for your staff, and transfer operations to your team in stages. After the handover, we keep checking in through regular reviews.

Challenges we address

  • Everything is left to outside partners, so the know-how behind success never stays in-house
  • You want to bring marketing in-house but don’t know where to start
  • Operations stall every time the person in charge changes

  • Q Once the transition is complete, are you gone?A We keep checking the numbers and operations through regular reviews, and can switch to a format where you consult us only when needed.

How we work

Process & Terms

From first conversation to kick-off, the process is the same for every service.

STEP 1ConsultationOnline or in person, we listen to your current situation and challenges
STEP 2Quick diagnosis and proposalWe review your website, ads and recruiting, and present the issues and the moves to make
STEP 3Quote and agreementWe confirm scope and team, then sign
STEP 4Kick-offThe founder handles everything from upstream work to implementation

Contract types

Consulting, operations, DX and in-house enablement are provided under quasi-mandate agreements; web production is a contract for work. Maintenance after production switches to a monthly quasi-mandate agreement.

How we think about fees

Fees are quoted once we understand your requirements. If we need to fit your budget, we adjust by narrowing the scope rather than discounting. Spending the budget entrusted to us is never the goal.

Q Can we combine several services?
A Yes. We combine only what you need, for example “web production + ad operations” or “strategy + operations + in-housing.” Because the founder is the single point of contact, there is never a mismatch in direction between services.
Q Are there any geographic restrictions?
A We work with clients across Japan. Meetings are online by default, with on-site visits as needed.
Q Is there a minimum company size?
A No. From companies with a marketing department to those with a single person in charge, we adapt the form of support to your team. Whatever your size, we recommend starting small with only what is needed and expanding as results come in.

Works

Three reasons
clients choose
aigent

  1. 01

    Owner-Led, End to End

The founder handles everything, from strategy to implementation

When you outsource to an agency, output quality varies with the account manager. At aigent, the founder personally handles strategy design, proposals, creative direction and day-to-day operations.

  2. 02

    Performance-Driven

Performance-driven. We don’t build and walk away

We make investment decisions by working backward from your break-even line and customer lifetime value, and after launch we keep the numbers moving with performance dashboards, monthly reports and improvement meetings. Because your site, ads and social media are managed under one KPI tree, you can see exactly where to act to move the numbers.

  3. 03

    Marketing × Recruiting

Customer acquisition and recruiting, run on a single design

Having managed both customer acquisition and recruiting as business functions for SMEs, we now run both in an integrated way for our clients. Both begin with articulating the same “reasons to be chosen,” so we design them together rather than separately.

We use AI as a tool in production and operations, but people own primary research, judgment and responsibility.

After reviewing your website, ads and recruiting, we’ll propose the combination of services you need and the order to start in.
